Cancellation Policy

In case of "no show" or cancellation, it is the hotel that applies its particular conditions. When Hotel Switch confirms the hotel reservation to you, they always give you the telephone number of the hotel so that you, if necessary, you can contact them for a late arrival, or their cancellation policy… (these conditions may vary from one hotel to another, however, in case of a late cancellation – less than 24 hours – the hotel may charge your first night stay on your credit card). In case you decide to cancel a confirmed reservation, HotelSwitch will not refund the deposit.
