To cancel an existing hotel reservation booked on the Internet through the FIT online reservation system, go to "Cancel your booking": http://www.1800usahotels.com/cancellations/

The “Cancel a Reservation” form will now appear. Complete the form provided to submit your cancellation request to the FIT service center. Upon reciept, a 1800USAHotels.com representative will contact you with confirmation of your cancellation. Cancellations are not complete until confirmed by a 1800USAHotels.com agent. You should receive confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours of submission of this form. 1800USAHotels.com does not charge a fee for cancellations however all cancellations are subject to the terms, conditions and fees associated with the individual hotel reserved.
