Reservation Payment |

| Full payment is required to book a reservation through the National Reservation Bureau. Your credit card will be charged immediately for the total price of the reservation, including all applicable taxes. |

Cancellation Policy |
| |
| Once your credit card has been processed, all cancellations are subject to a $30.00 processing fee per room. Cancellations within three (3) days of arrival are subject to a $30.00 processing fee and the first night room charge - per room.
No-Show's at the hotel are subject to the $30.00 processing fee and the first night room charge. The hotel will automatically cancel all additional nights in the event of a no-show, unless prior arrangements are made with the National Reservation Bureau Customer Service Department.
Revisions in any existing reservations are subject to a $30.00 processing fee per room.
