| Once you have chosen your hotel, filled in the reservation form and sent it to HotelSwitch, a booking agent will process your reservation as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours). The response time depends upon the hotel and delays can sometimes occur. HotelSwitch will contact you by email in the event that the hotel does not respond to your request in due time in order to confirm the receipt of your reservation request and will contact you again as soon as they have received information from the hotel.
Once HotelSwitch has received a response for the hotel, they will respond to your request either by confirming your reservation or with a proposal for alternative accommodations if the chosen hotel cannot satisfy your request. In the case of a proposal, you will have 24 hours to confirm your acceptance of this offer. HotelSwitch does their best to meet customer's needs and tries to keep proposals in line with your initial request.

Cancellation Policy |

| In case of "no show" or cancellation, it is the hotel that applies its particular conditions. When Hotel Switch confirms the hotel reservation to you, they always give you the telephone number of the hotel so that you, if necessary, you can contact them for a late arrival, or their cancellation policy… (these conditions may vary from one hotel to another, however, in case of a late cancellation - less than 24 hours - the hotel may charge your first night stay on your credit card). In case you decide to cancel a confirmed reservation, HotelSwitch will not refund the deposit.
All confirmed reservations may be cancelled and will include the reimbursement of your guarantee
deposit charged on your credit card as long as HotelSwitch has been advised of your reservation
cancellation. HotelSwitch will hold a non-refundable service fee of 100 FRF. If your guarantee deposit does not exceed 100 FRF, this deposit will be held by HotelSwitch and you will not be billed any additional charges.
