   Contact customer support personnel at Venere at: +39 06 36 00 10 21. Due to the large volume of phone calls received at the customer support call center, delays of up to 15 to 20 minutes can typically occur (delays can be even longer during peak seasons).

 
 

Reservation Confirmation

 
   Reservation requests made through Venere are sent directly to the hotel property selected. The hotel is then responsible for processing your request and responding to your inquiry. A reservation is confirmed when the property sends a response to you via email. Properties are advised to answer requests within 48 hours (if possible).
 
 

Cancellation Policy

 
   The cancellation policy depends on the individual property that holds your reservation. Venere itself does not charge any penalties for reservations that are cancelled or modified. Establishment cancellation policies are contained within the confirmation message sent to you and it is recommended that this policy is read carefully to avoid any penalties.

   Your booking can be cancelled online by selecting the link provided above and submitting the required information. The email address and phone numbers given can also be used to cancel your online reservations.
