Confirmation Email Message |

| Upon the completion of your online booking submission, First Internet Travel and Driving Force Internet Group will send your confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will include your reservation dates, as well as hotel pricing and confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your online reservation attempt, your reservation may not have been fully processed (possibly due to technical reasons). The integrity of your personal information has not be compromised in any way, however you will need to return to our web pages in order to attempt your online booking one more time. |

Cancellation Policy |

| First Internet Travel has no cancellation fee for its services. You may cancel at any time without penalty. However, individual hotels will usually charge a fee for cancellations made within 48, sometimes 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date.
