Expanded Listings are featured prominently at either the top or bottom of most of our "Accommodation Directories".
In most cases, the featured listing include Name, address, phone numbers, short rate description, star rating where provided, link to
the establishments web site or email account, and a short property description. In some cases, the phone number and url link is
replaced by a link to the referral system which will provide all of this information and more by email. There is no limitation on
the displaying of Expanded listings - they will always show under the designated city regardless of the number of other listings.
There is an annual fee for this type of listings - current fee is $40 US for the first year and $20 annually thereafter. These
listings should be reviewed at least once every 6 months to ensure continued accuracy.

| BLIZZARD EXPANDED FEATURED LISTINGS |
Blizzard Expanded Listings are exactly the same as the regular Expanded Featured Listings. Because of a special
marketing arrangement with Blizzard marketing, properties making an application through Blizzard Marketing will be entitled to a
three month trial period - and a discount on the first year application fee. In order to take advantage of this promotion, the
application must be made through their marketing services.

Basic Listings are currently offered without a charge - but they do require regular support in order to keep them
active. These listing represent establishment information supplied by the property or an agent of the property. These listings
must be reviewed at least once every 6 months in order to maintain their status as basic - otherwise they will expire and become
simple listings. As a general rule, basic listings can only appear on pages with 5 or fewer featured and/or reservation property
listings. However, basics, like expanded listings, can advertise in nearby smaller communities which they service and for which there may be few
listings.

Reservation Listings represent the properties in our database belonging to our various reservation processing
partners. Only properties represented through our partners are capable of being added to this group at this time. Several of
our partners will represent independent establishments. Please contact us by email -

MANAGED |
Managed Reservation Listings appear similar to the unmanaged listings - however, the establishments take charge of
many of the details regarding the listing such as the name, address, listing location, short rates, star rating, descriptions, and
amenity details. There is no charge for access to this service - but properties are expected to review their listing details at
least once every 6 months. Otherwise, the status of the listing will be changed back to unmanaged - and the reservation processing
partner information will be allowed to changed any of these details. To change your Unmanaged Reservation Listing to an Information
Managed Reservation Listing, you will need to contact us by email at
customer-serv@df-ig.com for the details.

Coming Soon! Full-Page Featured Listings will appear very much like Expanded listings
in our directories - however there is one significant difference: they will link to a detailed 4 - 6 page description of the
establishment - and these extra pages are generated on several different sites across our network which will increase the amount
of direct search engine exposure for the property. These additional pages will include: pictures of the establishment (up to 6);
long detailed descriptions; amenity, features and service information; policy information such as check-in, check-out times; and
links to maps where available. The pages will be changed and regenerated at the request of the establishment - and pages can also
be hosted at a private domain name on our servers so the establishment can have their own personal web site. The cost for this
service will start at $75 annually - and will vary depending upon the features selected. These listings will appear on all of our
web sites providing appropriate coverage of the establishments area (excluding the reservation service specific sites).

SIMPLE
LISTINGS |
Simple Listings represent property information gathered by our staff, basic applications which expired,
or former reservation entries which are no longer supported by any reservation systems. These properties are only displayed
as a last resort when we have either few or no other listings for a city. Their purpose is to add content and value to the sites.
Simple listings are given the lowest priority level when displayed and are supported by our referral system where contact
information can only be acquired by email.
No application is available for these listing types - but they can be upgraded
to basics at any time.
